Industry Roundtables Now Open

ISA will be hosting a series of Industry Roundtables in key transport supply chain hubs to better understand the diverse workforce challenges facing businesses across regions.

These sessions will provide an opportunity to share your perspectives on workforce pressures, emerging issues, and the practical solutions that can support a stronger, more resilient transport and supply chain workforce. We’ll also be providing an update on progress of projects across our workforce plans.

In this session we’ll cover:

The current progress against the 2025 Workforce Plan and ISA Program of Work
Key upcoming initiatives
Solutions in Action - sector updates
Understanding your local context

We’ll also explore three broad questions:

What current and emerging skills and workforce priorities are you currently facing?
What are the key blockages or barriers for your industries?
What solutions, ideas, or opportunities would make the biggest difference?
