What are the Workforce Planning Updates?
The 2026 Workforce Planning Updates build on the 2025 Workforce Plans, which identified the key challenges and drivers affecting industry. The updates highlight initiatives led by Industry Skills Australia and industry partners to address identified challenges. They demonstrate how collaborative efforts are supporting the development of an agile, productive, and future-ready transport supply chain workforce, while driving meaningful, long-term industry outcomes.
